In order to continue updating the archive inventories, it is necessary to
have on-going meetings with archivists in Poland, Ukraine, Moldova,
Lithuania and Belarus to examine newly-discovered documents, have
the documents translated and coded for the database and then in-put
the data. Corrections and additions received from database users involve verification by the appropriate archivists before being added to the
database.
