A detailed street map of the large city of Ivano-Frankivsk (formerly Stanisławów, Stanislau, and Stanislaviv) in western Ukraine, with a symbol key identifying many types of architectural and cultural heritage. An inset shows the town center at high scale. The surviving Tempel Synagogue which serves the regional Jewish community just southeast of the city center is not marked; the new Jewish cemetery southwest of the center is marked (with crosses) but not labeled. To the northwest of the center in the former Belveder suburb, the Stanisławów Ghetto was located during the German occupation; mass killings were carried out there, in the new Jewish cemetery, and in other places in the city. The reverse side of this map, by Kartografiia of Kyiv, provides a detailed street index, a lengthy timeline history of the city and region, an extensive listing of local cultural sites, and a small map of the area surrounding Ivano-Frankivsk from Halych and Kalush to Tlumach and Otyniia.
