A detailed street map of the city of Vasylkiv on the Stuhna River southwest of Kyiv in central Ukraine, with a list of more than 200 streets indexed to the map grid, a symbol key identifying 18 types of architectural and cultural heritage, and a useful road map of the former Vasylkiv district. No Jewish cultural sites are listed or marked on the map, but north of the city center there is a mass grave and Holocaust memorial in the new Jewish cemetery, and an elaborate neo-Moorish former synagogue building survives in the city center. The reverse side of this map, by Kartografiia of Kyiv, presents historical essays on the city and region in Ukrainian along with color photos of significant local heritage sites.
