A detailed street map of the city of Storozhynets southwest of Chernivtsi in southwestern Ukraine, with a list of almost 200 streets indexed to the map grid. A map legend identifies many types of tourist service points, from hotels and restaurants to auto travel support to cultural sites of interest. On the map, the Great Synagogue is marked as an architectural monument (No. 5, near the rail station), and the Jewish mass grave and Holocaust monument is marked as a memorial (No. 3) at the Jewish cemetery, which is also labeled and marked with Stars of David. An inset gives a useful road map of the former Storozhynets district and shows its location relative to Chernivtsi. The reverse side of this map, by Kartografiia of Kyiv, presents a symbol key identifying nearly 40 types of architectural and cultural heritage, plus historical essays on the city and region in Ukrainian and English along with color photos of significant local heritage sites.
