A detailed street map of the city of Pryluky on the Udai River east of Kyiv in central Ukraine, with a symbol key identifying 27 types of architectural and cultural heritage. A Holocaust memorial near the city center is marked on the map (No. 9). The large surviving new Jewish cemetery west of the city center is colored green and marked with crosses but is unlabeled. The ruin of the Pryluky Great Synagogue and other former synagogue buildings are not marked on the map. The reverse side of this map, by Kartografiia of Kyiv, presents historical essays on the city and region in Ukrainian along with color photos of significant local heritage sites, as well as a list of more than 300 streets indexed to the map grid. Note: Priluki is the ancestral town of Miriam Odnopozov (born 1875 in Priluki, died 1924 in Tulsa, OK) who is the maternal grandmother of Miriam Weiner, an international pioneer in Jewish genealogy.
