A series of color images and brief essays in Ukrainian describing the environment and history of the city of Pryluky on the Udai River east of Kyiv in central Ukraine. The historical section spans from the 11th century and emphasizes the development of Pryluky as a walled fortress city. The Jewish community of Pryluky is briefly mentioned as having built two synagogues among other urban architectural developments in the late 19th century, and indirectly as part of the killing of thousands of residents during the Nazi occupation of the city in WWII. Additional essays describe the development and collections of the local history museum, and an important local cathedral. The front side of this brochure, by Kartografiia of Kyiv, shows a detailed street map of Pryluky.
