The reverse side of a detailed street map of Pereiaslav, formerly known as Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi, on the bank of the Kaniv Reservoir on the Dnieper (Dnipro) River southeast of Kyiv in central Ukraine, by Kartografiia of Kyiv. Included here in Ukrainian are a chronological synopsis of the city's history in Ukrainian along with a map of the open-air folk architecture museum and park, a road map of the region around the city, and a detailed list of museums, monuments, memorials, and other cultural sites around the city. Included in the list is the Great Synagogue, plus a museum (at No. 61 in the architecture park) dedicated to the renowned Jewish writer Sholem Aleichem who was born in Pereiaslav in 1859 and grew up nearby.
