Buchach (Buczacz) Tourist Map 2007

A detailed street map of the city of Buchach (בעטשאָטש ,ביטשאָטש) south of Ternopil in western Ukraine, with a list of streets indexed to a grid (including one named for native son and Nobel Prize-winning author S. Y. Agnon), plus a symbol key identifying many types of architectural and cultural heritage. The Jewish cemetery is indicated and labeled on the map east of the city center and marked with a Holocaust memorial. An inset shows the Buchach administrative district with many labeled cities and towns. The reverse side of this map, by Kartografiia of Kyiv, presents historical essays on the city and region in Ukrainian and English languages along with color photos of significant local heritage sites.
