Rohatyn (Rogatin, Rohatin) Tourist Map 2008

A detailed street map in the Ukrainian language of the city of Rohatyn (ראָגאַטין ,ר'טין) between Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk in western Ukraine, with a list of streets indexed to a grid plus a symbol key identifying many types of architectural and cultural heritage. Both the old and new Jewish cemeteries are indicated on the map with Stars of David. Marked with symbols on the map are a former synagogue or beit midrash building plus two Holocaust-era Jewish mass grave sites commemorated with monuments. An inset shows the former Rohatyn administrative district with many labeled cities and towns. The reverse side of this map, by Kartografiia of Kyiv, presents historical essays on the city and region in Ukrainian and English languages along with color photos of significant local heritage sites.
