A large and detailed multi-color street map in transliterated English of the city of Grodno (also Hrodna, and Grodne or גראָדנע in Yiddish) in western Belarus, published by Belcartographiya in 2014. The map labels major and minor streets throughout greater Grodno, and an index on the same page lists more than 300 streets and squares keyed to the map grid on this page and on a high-scale city center map on the reverse side. Helpful building numbering is included at the corners of most urban blocks. Symbols on the map are defined in a legend on the reverse side, and include administrative, transport, cultural, and entertainment services. On this main map, one of the Jewish cemeteries is shown but not labeled just south of the Neman (Nemunas, Nioman) River. A useful transliteration table is included at lower left to explain the phonetic conversion of Belarusian to English.
