Black and white photocopy of an ethnographic map of historical Bessarabia, roughly covering the land of modern Moldova, from census and other statistical data collected between 1908~1916. Originally in color, the map shows proportions of 16 ethnic categories, including Jews and Roma, for a few hundred cities and towns in the region. City populations are indicated by circle sizes. Total ethnic populations and a variety of economic statistics are presented in separate tables.
