VLADIMIR P. DANILENKO

Vladimir P. Danilenko was born August 13, 1946 in Chernigiv, Ukraine. He received his B.A. degree from Taras Shevchenko State University in Kiev (1971) and specialized in history and political science. Since 1997, Vladimir has served as director of the State Archive of Kiev Region (Oblast). He is a frequent participant in international scientific conferences including: Columbia University (USA), Berlin (Germany), and Moscow (Russia). Valdimir is the author of a series of articles on the history of famine in Ukraine during the period 1932-1933, the Holocaust, World War One.
