Abraham Stahl, owner of a brewery in the village of Bikov, on April 16, 1873, signed an agreement with the owners of the villages Ortinets and Bikov (the married couple Jan and Valentina Ortinski) regarding the borrowing of 1,100 Zlotys for 10 years with the estates as collateral and under the condition that Abraham Stahl receives:
1. The right for brewery;
2. Land lots in the town suburbs;
3. The right to use pastures for the cattle (6) and horses (2);
4. The right to own the part of the inn;
5. The right to mortgage the estate in Ortinets.

In 1879, Jan Ortinsky, son of Thomas inherits the villages of Ortinets and Bikov pursuant to the agreement with Abraham Stahl, his right for brewery and buildings in Bikov.
